At Haute Healin' Handz, we understand events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

 

Unforeseen events such as sick children, business meetings, car problems, traffic, project deadlines, flight delays, snowstorms, and illness are just of many reasons why one might consider cancelling a massage and skin care appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage and skin care experience to all to our clients.

 

Clients need to consider the therapist time, as we have adopted these practices.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a deposit?


YES!!! For all new and returning patrons, a $40 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Please send deposits via Cashapp or Venmo: https://cash.app/$hautehealinhandz https://venmo.com/HauteHealinHandz The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your service. If the deposit is not made with 48 hours or same day of booking yourappointment time/date with be forfeited.




Can I pay via CashApp?


Yes! The deposit primarily through Cashapp or VenmoCash. https://cash.app/$hautehealinhandz https://venmo.com/HauteHealinHandz Please note that full payment is due at time of service. We also accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, & American Express)




I'm a new client. What's my next step when booking?


Please arrive for your appointment 15 to 20 minutes prior to the schedule starting
time. All services offered have a specific time schedule and a slightly early arrival
allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If you are a first time client please arrive at office 15-20 minutes prior to
your appointment time to fill out your intake form.
The guest/client is still required to pay a deposit with same-day scheduling/bookings.
• Please be FRESHLY SHOWERED and SCENT FREE when you arrive for treatment.
• Services are scheduled by appointment only.
• To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. So we can accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.




Any penalities for lateness or missed appointment?


CAN"T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT? In all cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an
individual appointment.
If you are unable to give us the minimum 24- hours advance notice, you will
be charged 100% of service
Appointments that are made the same day are subject to paying the 100%
cancellation fee.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please
plan accordingly in order to be on time.
FORGOT YOUR APPOINTMENT? Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their
appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “NO SHOW”. They will be charged 100% cancellation for missed appointment, and future
services will be DENIED until payment is made.
All “NO SHOWs” and “LATE CANCELLATIONS” ARE SUBJECT TO A
100% Cancellation Fee.
By giving us your credit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card in the event you do not give at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling a confirmed appointment or you do not show for the appointment. The card on file will be charge for those services. *wIll be charged 100% of service




What if I have a health problem?


It’s the responsibility of the client to inform the massage therapist and esthetician of any health conditions or any new health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns that you may have. Your safety is important to the service provider and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions. So we the wellness provider can provide appropriate treatment without causing harm or injuries.




Can I record my session for social media?


Yes, but a waiver will have to be signed first. In our efforts to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for clients. We ask that all cell phones and pagers be silenced or turned off. According to Maryland State Law all clients/patrons must be DRAPED.




Can me and my best friend split the same session cost?


Packages of multiple sessions are not transferable to another person and cannot be split into smaller segments of time unless specified. (Same rule applies for gift cards)
