PAYMENTS
Approves Forms of Payment
As of January 1, 2022 Haute Healin Handz no longer accepts electronic transfers of payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp. You can tip in the form of Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. You may use CashApp on Square processor in store but it require the business QR code for the transaction. Funds electronically transferred outside of our payment terminal will be accepted for goods or services.

Haute Healin Handz utilizes Square for processing payment. Square works with any US- issued and internationally-issued bearing VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.
CANCELLATION/
NO SHOW
Haute Healin Handz allows you to cancel service appointments up to 48 hours before the start time.
By booking and completing your online intake forms, you authorize this business to charge your credit card and no-show/late cancellation fee. The first No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee is 50% of scheduled service. Second No-Show/ Late Cancellation fee is 100% of the scheduled service should you miss your visit without proper notification.
If your card gets declined from the no show/last minute cancellation fee, you will be blocked from booking until you have paid the fee for future appointment request.

UNDER

Under 18 year’s Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be able to get any service done.

Parent or Legal Guardian are the only ones that can sign the consent paperwork and give consent to get any service done.
​
Parent or legal guardian must stay in the room while the minor is getting their services done.
TARDINESS
APPOINTMENTS
By Appointment Only
All appointments at Haute Healin Handz are by appointment only. For your convenience online scheduling has been included on the website.
Credit Card Information is required to reserve an appointment. You will not be charged, unless you no show, cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Same policy applies when client schedule same day for No Call/No Show you will be charged.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Haute Healin Handz, we request 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in charge equal to 50% first offence and 100% second offence.

REFUNDS & PACKAGES
All service sales, retail items, and gift cards sales are FINAL.
All of our packages, auto-pays, gift cards, Groupons are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift cards, however will be honor equal exchange (credit) for other services.

A $40 Non-Refundable deposit is required for all services to secure appointment (if deposit is not received the appointment will not be confirmed). Deposit is not required if you pre-paid or paid in full for services.

Please arrive 15-10 minutes early. If running late you will receive remainder of the time.
GROUPON / CLASS PASS POLICIES
Please Read the Cancellation policies before booking services.

Deposits are non-refundable the client is allotted ONE reschedule. After the second reschedule you will pay another deposit.
If your Groupon has expired, we cannot redeem it for payment for your treatment.

If you cannot find availability before your Groupon expires, please contact Groupon for refund.
​
When purchasing a Pre-Natal Groupon do not wait until the last few weeks of pregnancy to book appointment.
If you already purchased before you are not a first time Groupon it will not be accepted (You will have to pay full price) Ask about memberships or packages.

For Couple Treatments full name, email address, & phone number for both parties because an Health intake form has to be filled out.
